Our Mission

Limit of Advance (LOA) is a veteran-owned Kydex company for modern shooters. Our mission is to offer top-quality, built-to-order Kydex holsters and accessories. However, gear isn't our only passion. We aim to offer insight and expertise for our community in hopes to help develop a responsible and effective armed society.

LOA was formed from a desire to steer newer shooters in the right direction of good training and kit. We became vexed by seeing newer shooters spending their hard-earned money on appendix carry holsters that didn't even have a wing, and companies who upcharge customers for things as simple as red dot cuts and light-bearing options. 

Our motto and mantra "welcome to the new standard" came about because we believe that everyone should be carrying red dots and weapon lights, these should be the standard, and we as a community and industry should be driving this standard constantly to new limits.
