Refund policy
Aftermarket parts (slides, grip modules, etc.) that are dimensionally different from their OEM counterparts (taller slide heights, gas pedals, different-shaped trigger guards, etc.) are not covered via warranty. Please verify your selection prior to ordering. Feel free to contact us with questions about 3rd party compatibility.
Lifetime Warranty
Our lifetime warranty is a guarantee that we will replace/repair a damaged product in the event of a manufacturing defect or catastrophic failure of the product.
Cosmetic wear from regular use and/or training is not covered by our warranty. Personal alterations to the holster are also not covered. Fitment issues with 3rd party/aftermarket components that are not specifically stated as compatible on the product page are not covered.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at info@loaperformance.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we have received the item a refund may be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If a holster is returned, we treat it as the end of that holster's lifetime. We do not re-use or resell holsters. Please verify the options for your product are correct before ordering. Returns will only be accepted on a case-by-case basis (reference Lifetime Warranty section below). Returns will only be accepted within Lifetime Warranty policy.

Cancellations
We do not honor cancellation requests unless the request is made during our 48-hour grace period. We are a small company that has to allocate resources such as belt attachments and special-patterned Kydex sheets for orders requiring them. Each holster we make should be treated as "custom work", to a certain extent. We offer a 48-hour grace period for order cancellations or changes. Past that, all sales are final.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Lead Times
Our lead times are approximations at best and should be treated as a rough average for time to fulfill. We may extend lead times temporarily while we are re-tooling, moving to a new shop, are having supply delays, or due to increased order volume. Orders that extend past the stated lead time will receive a discount code or partial refund if the delay is excessive (2+ weeks late). It is your responsibility as the customer to understand the lead times, and this policy, prior to placing your order.
